Applicant for online registration should be the candidate himself/herself. Applicant should read the information regarding the ESG Certified Professional Examination (“ESGCP Exam”) (“Examination Information”) on the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies (“CHKLC”) website, and Examination Handbook and Online Registration Instructions of the PEAK Examination Centre (“PEAK Exam Centre”) carefully before registration.

Important Notice
  1. Examination fees are not refundable or transferable for a later examination or for other purposes.
  2. The examination is open to persons aged 18 or above, either attending tertiary education in or holding tertiary education qualification from a recognized institution in Hong Kong, Macao, the Mainland or overseas.
  3. Before registration, please ensure that you:
    1. have read the Examination Information of the CHKLC, and Examination Handbook and Online Registration Instructions of the PEAK Exam Centre and satisfy all the eligibility criteria for ESGCP Exam and Certification, including all documentary proof required and stipulated therein. The PEAK Exam Centre has no obligation to verify and/or inform you whether you satisfy the award of the status of ESGCP qualification; and
    2. observe the Examination Information of the CHKLC and the Regulations of the ESGCP Exam at Appendix I of the Examination Handbook of the PEAK Exam Centre. If you are found breaching the examination regulations, you will be disqualified from the ESGCP Exam.

NOTES ON PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION in Connection with the ESG Certified Professional Examination

The following Notes are prepared to assist you in understanding your rights and obligations in respect of the supply of your personal data to the PEAK Exam Centre, and the way in which the PEAK Exam Centre may use or handle such data in connection with the ESG Certified Professional Examination and other matters.

The PEAK Exam Centre and/or the CHKLC may use the personal data collected or generated during administration of the examination for the following purposes and/or in the following manner:
  1. administering examinations and other directly related purposes including but not limited to the release of examination results, posting of examination results on the PEAK Exam Centre website for my own checking and downloading (unless I have expressly disagreed to such posting in writing);
  2. disclosing or transferring my personal data and examination results to the CHKLC for monitoring purpose and/or the purposes of assisting the CHKLC to perform and discharge its functions;
  3. conducting research or statistical analysis in an anonymous format in which the identities of candidates are not traceable;
  4. disclosing or transferring my personal data to the venue provider(s) for record of visits, if necessary; and/or
  5. conducting any other lawful activities with purposes directly related to the above.

If candidates fail to provide all necessary data may affect registration for and administration of the examination (including verification of their identity and/or processing and/or distribution of their examination results).

Note: Candidates are entitled to request access to or to request the correction of any data provided, in the manner and subject to the limitations prescribed in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Please read the “Notes on Personal Information Collection in Connection with the ESG Certified Professional Examination” at Appendix II of the Examination Handbook for details or contact the PEAK Exam Centre (see contact details at the bottom of the website).

I, hereby confirm and acknowledge that I have read and understood the above Notes before furnishing my personal data to the PEAK Exam Centre. I voluntarily consent to the use of such data (including the HKID Card or Passport no.) and all personal data I previously supplied, if any, by the CHKLC for the purposes of discharging all or any of its functions described in the said Notes and for any other purposes directly related to those purposes.

Please complete the online registration procedures (Select Examination Session >> Enter Candidate Particulars >> Provide Credit Card Information >> Complete Online Payment) within 20 minutes. In case of failure to complete the registration within 20 minutes or system breakdowns, the selected examination session will be released. You have to start over the registration procedures again.
