Lecture I Ms. Annie Tsoi (½²¦w©g«ß®v) Ms. Tsoi is a partner of Wilkinson & Grist, her
practice focuses on a wide range of intellectual property matters in Hong
Kong and Mainland China, including strategizing on protection and
enforcement, negotiation, acquisition and exploitation of intellectual
property rights. Ms. Tsoi is experienced in management of IP portfolios, and
represents numerous local and international market leaders in the fashion,
sportswear, financial, electronics, foods and beverages, hotels and
entertainment industries. Ms. Tsoi is a council member of the Licensing
Executives Society China (Hong Kong Sub-Chapter). |

Lecture II Mr. Lewis Wai-Hong Ho (¦ó°¶±d«ß®v) Mr. Ho is a partner of Loeb & Loeb and he leads the
life sciences and intellectual property practices in Asia. He helps life
sciences and technology companies and their financial sponsors to capture,
manage, risk assess, evaluate and monetize their IP assets. His practice
focuses on negotiating technology transfer transactions and enforcing IP
rights. Mr. Ho has extensive experience advising on both inbound and outbound
IP-driven transactions, and has frequently negotiated M&A, collaboration,
outsourcing, joint venture and licensing deals. He also assists Chinese
companies acquiring IP assets and manufacturing facilities overseas. Prior to
joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Ho served as a resident partner in the
Shanghai and Beijing offices of a major international law firm. |

Lecture III Ms. Annie Tsoi (½²¤p´@«ß®v) Ms. Tsoi
is the co-head of Deacons, Intellectual Property Department and Head of China
IP Practice Group. She has 20 years of experience in advising on all aspects
of intellectual property work in China and on the unique challenges arising
from doing business there. Ms. Tsoi has advised many major Hong Kong and
international clients on strategic issues in China relating to the
protection, enforcement and commercial exploitation of intellectual property
rights and she represents some of the world¡¦s leading companies in the luxury
goods, fashion, cosmetics, hotels, entertainment, food and restaurants,
advanced technology, pharmaceutical, and electronics industries. |

Lecture IV Dr. Albert Ho (¦ó¥K´º¤j«ß®v) Dr. Ho is a Hong Kong
practicing barrister-at-law, his practice covers intellectual property
rights, anti-money laundering, unfair trade practices and custom enforcement.
He is also a lawyer of ZLF Law Office in Zhuhai and providing legal services
to Greater Bay Area. Before that, Dr. Ho was the Assistant Commissioner of
the Customs and Excise Department in charge of the entire investigations and
intelligence of the Department. He oversaw all Customs intelligence and investigation
work, which not only covered intellectual property crimes, but also
narcotics, smuggling, illicit cigarette activities, organised crime and money
laundering. In 2012, he was awarded the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Medal
for Meritorious Service by the Hong Kong SAR Government. |

Course Structure Course consists of 4 lectures,
