Course Objective
The course aims to equip property management practitioners with the necessary knowledge and practical skills to leverage AI and chatbot technology so that they are able to provide responsive customer service in multiple languages. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of AI-driven chatbots and explore real-world applications through live demonstration on adopting multilingual chatbots.
