Candidates registered for the Estate Agents Qualifying Examination (EAQE) originally scheduled for 23 September 2025 will be arranged to attend an EAQE to be held at: 

2:30 p.m. on 3 November 2025 (Monday) or 
2:30 p.m. on 15 December 2025 (Monday).  

Between 9 a.m., 9 October 2025 and 11:59 p.m., 19 October 2025, candidates are required to login to the Online Examination Reschedule System by inputting (i) the full candidate number printed on their Admission Forms and (ii) their Hong Kong Identity Card/ Passport numbers.

After login, candidates are required to choose one of the designated rescheduled examination sessions to attend. If no reply is received by 11:59 p.m., 19 October 2025, candidates will be allocated to an EAQE session available on one of the above dates.

All examination seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. As seats are limited, candidates may be assigned to a district/venue different from the one assigned for the cancelled examination.

The allocation in the new Admission Form shall be final, no applications for refund or further reschedules will be entertained.

IIQE/MPFE candidates on 23 & 24 Sep 2025 may reschedule the cancelled examination sessions.

Deadline to submit the online reschedule: 17 October 2025.  

Examination seats are limited and they are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.  If no reply is received from candidates by 11p.m. on 17 October 2025, candidates are deemed to have forfeited the reschedule.

Please note that candidates can only select ONE reschedule examination session for each paper.  If candidates submit the reschedule application more than once, ONLY the FIRST application received by the PEAK Examination Centre will be taken as their choice.  No further reschedules will be entertained.

Candidates will receive the new Admission Form with the date and venue of the examination session specified therein by email at least 2 working days of the receipt of reschedule application.  Please note that candidates may be assigned to a venue different from the one assigned for the cancelled examination session.

Candidates should contact us if they do not receive the new Admission Form after 5 working days of the application.

The Marine Department (MD) has revised the Examination Rules for the Pleasure Vessel Operator Certificate of Competency (PVOC). Candidates who apply for the PVOC and have a last examination date on/after 30 June 2025 are required to produce a Medical Fitness Certificate (MD Form MD818) issued by a medical practitioner recognized by MD proofing his/her fit for operating a local vessel.

The examination results of Written Examination for Candidates Applying for Registration as Lift Engineers and/or Escalator Engineers will be released on 17 April 2025 at 9a.m. 

Candidates can download and print the Result Notice in the “Exam Result Checking” system on the website for 3 months from the release of examination result day.

Candidates who pass the IIQE/MPFE (Pencil-and-Paper/Computer Screen Mode Examination) held on or after 1 September 2025 will only be awarded electronic form of Certificate (“e-Certificate”). The e-Certificate can be downloaded along with the electronic Notification of Result (“e-Result”) from the “Exam Result Checking” system on the PEAK Exam Centre website within three months of the examination date.
