Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Examination

Candidates can check their results and download their Notification of Results starting the 5th full working days after the date of Pencil-and-Paper Mode Examination or 3rd full working day after the date of Remote Invigilation Mode Examination, excluding the date of examination, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, or 1 hour after the designated end time of Computer Screen Mode Examination. The examination results and Notification of Results will exist in the system for 3 months since the respective date of examinations.

Any use of the personal data in this system for purposes other than the above-mentioned purpose requires the prior consent given voluntarily by the individuals who are the subjects of the data (i.e. candidates) pursuant to Data Protection Principle 3 in Schedule 1 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Hard copy of the Notification of Result will not be provided. Candidates can apply for re-issuance of the Notification of Results after 3 months of the examination. By virtue of confidentiality, the examination results will not be disclosed by phone, facsimile or email.

Candidates who are unwilling to have their results and Notification of Results available in the system may inform the PEAK Examination Centre in writing and email to cpdc@vtc.edu.hk not later than 3 full working days before the date of examination. Candidates have to provide their name, Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport number,date of examination, name of examination paper, contact telephone number and local postal address. Late notifications will not be entertained. Their Notifications of results will be sent to the candidates’ local addresses by surface post within 7 full working days after the date of examination. If the Notification of Result was lost in the post, candidates are required to apply for re-issuance.
