Medical insurance principles; Benefits schedule and payment concerns; Cost containment in medical insurance, and policy wording; Requirements in supporting or turning down a claim; Pre-existing illness; Congenital abnormalities Claims payment, samples; Complicated claims

課程報名

• CPD網上虛擬課程只能透過職業訓練局的持續專業進修網站(https://cpe.vtc.edu.hk/en)作網上報名，申請人可以信用卡（VISA／萬事達）於網上報名系統繳付學費。學院只處理填寫完整報名資料及已繳費的申請。
• 申請人于報名時必須上載由香港特別行政區（香港特區）入境事務處所簽發的香港身份證 / 護照 / 旅行證件、或有效的來港就讀之簽證 / 進入許可。只需顯示中英文全名及相片，務必遮蔽其他個人資料*。

*上載限制︰檔案大小須少於4MB，格式必須為 jpg, jpeg, pdf或 png   

• 所有課程名額均以先到先得方法分配。

開課通知

成功申請人將于開課前至少七個工作天^##接獲本院的電郵通知確認開課及相關資料。開課前三個工作天本院會向學生發出網上虛擬課程的連結及學生登入編號。申請人如在開課前三個工作天^##尚未接獲課程確認或取消的通知，請致電本院查詢（電話：2836 1906）。
