The Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services.  More than 200 major companies have utilized its corporate training services.

Term Executive Assistant II (Projects)  (Ref: PEAK/EA2/1205/23-24)

Major Duties:

(a)    To provide support in one or more of the following areas for local and mainland projects and programmes: 
(i)    general administration, data processing / management and filing;
(ii) procurement, supplies and stores administration; and 
(iii)    assistance in promotion and publicity activities;
(b)    To provide support for face-to-face and virtual training activities and events;
(c)    To support online content production and updating; and
(d)    To handle enquires and draft simple correspondence

Requirements:
(a)    (i)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(ii)    A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR 
(iii)    A recognized Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate, or Project Yi Jin. 
*    Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2/Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.

(b)    Good communication and problem solving skills;
(c)    Good command in Chinese and English, including Putonghua;
(d)    Proficiency in computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing;
(e)    Ability to work independently with initiative to be a good team player; and
(f)    Knowledge of online marketing, or photo/video editing software is a plus.

Major Duties: 
(a) To provide quality support in one or more of the following areas for professional examinations:
(i) Invigilation;
(ii) Counter services;
(iii) Candidate enrolment & records;
(iv) Fee collection;
(v) Preparation of documents;
(vi) Other logistic support;
(b) To handle public enquiries; and
(c) To provide clerical and general administrative support service to the office.

Requirements:
(a)(i)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(ii) A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR

(f) Good interpersonal and organizational skills;
(g) Ability to work independently and be a good team player; 
(h) Self-motivated and customer-oriented.

Term Technician (Ref: PEAK/TECH/1005/23-24)

Major Duties:
(a) To operate and maintain the PCs, servers and networking equipment, AV systems, etc.;
(b) To operate and maintain IT systems and services on Windows, Linux and virtualization platforms;
(c) To maintain the company website and related website design & content;
(d) To assist in hardware/software setups and troubleshooting for online learning systems (e.g. Moodle);
(e) To provide technical support for classes and handle the hotline for virtual classes;
(f) To assist in troubleshooting, installation, and inventory management, procurement of all equipment, hardware and software.

Requirements:
(a) A recognized higher diploma or higher certificate in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Multimedia or relevant discipline;
(b) At least 2 years' relevant work experience;
(c) Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; and
(d) Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be a good team player, independent and self-motivated.

Candidates with experience and/or knowledge in one or more of the following area(s) will be an advantage:
(i) Website development and web programming using languages such as SQL, Python, PHP, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and/or CSS;

(i) fee collection and processing refund; 
(ii) preparing demand notes and official receipts;
(iii) assist in preparing monthly financial statements, regular reports and year-end exercise;
(iv) daily administrative work, such as filing and data entry;
(v) drafting simple correspondence;
(vi) handling enquiries; and
(vii) performing any other assigned tasks.

Requirements:
(a)(i) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(ii) A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR
