Term Executive Assistant II 


Major Duties: 
(a)    To provide support in one or more of the following areas:
(i)    student admissions, student affairs and student records;
(ii)    course promotion and event organisation; 
(iii)   general administration, data processing and filing; and
(iv)   procurement, supplies and stores administration;
(b)   To assist in providing secretarial support for committees/meetings; and
(c)   To handle enquiries and draft simple correspondence.

Requirements:
(a)    (i)     Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
        (ii)     Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
        (iii)    Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Jin; OR
        (iv)    A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR
        (v)     A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
* Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
^“Attained:” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.
(b)    Proficiency in computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(c)    Good command of Chinese and English, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua;
(d)    Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
(e)    Ability to work independently and be a good team player;
(f)    Good work attitude and be customer-oriented. and
(g)    Good overall IT skills preferred.

Note:
(1)       The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and multiple locations within and outside Hong Kong.

Term Officer

Major Duties:
(a)    To perform student admission, record management and programme administration for training programmes and award-bearing programmes;
(b)    To support the planning, coordination and execution of student recruitment activities;
(c)    To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings;
(d)    To assist in the design and development of new programmes;
(e)    To perform administrative duties and support matters relating to quality assurance and accreditation / validation;
(f)    To handle students, public enquiries and complaints;
(g)    To perform any other duties assigned by the Principal of PEAK to support the smooth operation of the unit.

Requirements:
(a)    A recognised degree or equivalent qualification;
(b)    At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in programme administration;
(c)    Result-driven, service-oriented with good presentation, problem-solving, negotiation and people skills; and
(d)    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.

Notes:
(1)    Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2)    Shortlisted candidates may be required to take a written assessment.

Part-time Lecturer


Subject Areas:
(i)    Leadership and Talent Development
(ii)    Crisis Management
(iii)    Logistics and Supply Chain
(iv)    Engineering


Major Duties:
(a)    To perform teaching duties;
(b)    To propose lesson plan;
(c)    To develop and prepare training materials, assignments, examination papers and marking schemes;
(d)    To mark students’ assignments and examinations; and
(e)    To carry out duties related to student and academic administration.


Requirements:
(a)    A recognised master degree in relevant subject area or equivalent;  
(b)    At least 8 years of industry and/or training experience in commercial sectors or tertiary education, including executive management experience;
(c)    Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills; 
(d)    Creative problem-solving abilities and advanced storytelling techniques; and 
(e)    High proficiency of written and spoken English, Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
