Part-time Lecturer (PgD, PDI and Various CPD Course)

Subject Areas:
(i)    Project development and coordination / course delivery for Postgraduate / Professional Diploma programme for the fields of Insurance and Risk Management (particularly for topics of Compliance & Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk, Financial Risk, Reinsurance, Property Insurance, etc.) 
(ii)    Various topics of Investment, Financial Planning, Greater Bay Area and China related courses, Business Etiquette, Business Ethics, Compliance, Arbitration, Health & Medical insurance, Fintech, Sales Management etc. for CPD or In-company related training courses

Major Duties:
(a)    To develop quality support service for assigned project development, coordination and to carry out any other duties as assigned;
(b)    To develop learning / teaching materials;
(c)    To propose teaching plan, etc. and to provide relevant recommendations or suggestions; 
(d)    To deliver the programmes and carry out relevant tasks, such as managing class discipline and taking student attendance; and
(e)    To develop and prepare assessments and marking scheme and to carry out academic and administrative duties, including attending review meetings, etc.

Requirements: 
(a)    A recognised relevant degree, or FCII, or ANZIIF (Fellowship) designation, or equivalent, preferably with CFA, FRM or CFP designation (and at least a master degree for teaching post-graduate programme, preferably with doctorate qualification and experience in dissertation supervision);
(b)    At least 3 years’ relevant work experience, with training experience an added advantage; and
(c)    Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese.

Part-time Lecturer (Digital Services)  (Ref: PEAK/PTL/1407/26-27)

Subject Areas: 

(i) Digital Marketing
(ii) eLearning Design and Production

Major Duties:

(a) To perform teaching and training duties; 
(b) To propose lesson plan;
(c) To develop learning / teaching materials and activities;
(d) To prepare training reports and review evaluations;
(e) To participate in projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies and seminars; and
(f) To attend meetings when necessary

Requirements:

(a) A recognised degree in Digital Marketing / E-Commerce / Creative Media or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with post-graduate qualifications;
(b) At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience;
(c) Solid experience with SEO / eLearning authoring tools, e.g. SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics (Digital Marketing) or Articulate Storyline 360, iSpring Suite, Adobe Captivate (eLearning Design and Production) etc.;
(d) Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and 
(e) A good team player with the ability to work independently under pressure
