The Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services.  More than 200 major companies have utilized its corporate training services.

Temporary Executive Assistant II 

Major Duties: 

(a)    To provide support in one or more of the following areas: 
(i)    general administration;
(ii)    student affairs and student admissions; and
(iii)    data input and filing;
(b)    To provide logistics and on-site support for seminars;
(c)    To draft simple correspondence; and
(d)    To handle enquiries and provide counter services.

Requirements:
(a)    (i)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(ii)    A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR 
(iii)    A recognized Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate, or Project Yi Jin. 
*    Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2/Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.

(b)   Proficiency in computer software application, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(c)    Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
(d)    Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and
(e)    Good work initiative and be customer-oriented.
    
Notes:
(1)    Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2)    The appointee(s) will be required to perform duties in Wan Chai.
(3)    The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours or shifts and perform duties on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.

Major Duties:

(ii)    course promotion and event organisation; and
(iii)    data processing and filing;
(b)    To assist in providing secretarial support for committees/meetings;
(c)    To handle enquiries and provide counter services; and
(d)    To provide general administrative support to the Institute.

Requirements:
(a)    (i)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
        (ii)    A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR

Term Executive Assistant II (Exam)

Major Duties: 
(a)    To provide quality support in one or more of the following areas for professional examinations:
(i)     invigilation;
(ii)    counter services;
(iii)    candidate enrolment & records;
(iv)    fee collection;
(v)    preparation of documents; and
(vi)    other logistic support;
(b)    To handle public enquiries; and
(c)    To provide clerical and general administrative support service to the office.

Requirements:
(a)    (i)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
    (ii)    A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR
    (iii)    A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate, or Project Yi Jin;

(b)    Preferably with 2-3 years relevant invigilation/customer service fields experience;

(e)    Proficiency in computer software application, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(f)    Good interpersonal and organisational skills;
(g)    Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and
(h)    Self-motivated and customer-oriented.

Notes:
(1)    The appointee(s) is/are required to perform duties outside normal office hours or work irregular hours or on shifts, and work on alternative Saturdays.
(2)    The appointee(s) is/are required to perform duties at different locations.

Term Executive Assistant II (Accounting) 

Major Duties:
To provide support in the following areas:
(i)     fee collection and processing refund;
(ii)    preparing demand notes and official receipts;
(iii)    assist in preparing monthly financial statements, regular reports and year-end exercise;
(iv)    daily administrative work, such as filing and data entry;
(v)     drafting simple correspondence; and
(vi)    handling enquiries.

Requirements:
(a)    (i)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
        (ii)    A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR
       (iii)    A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate, or Project Yi Jin;
*    Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2/Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
(b)    Proficiency in computer software application, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(c)    Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
(d)    Ability to work independently and be a good team player; and
(e)    Relevant work experience in accounting will be a definite advantage.
