Part-time (Daytime / Evening) Lecturer (Workplace Putonghua or Cantonese)
Major Duties:
(1) To perform teaching and training duties;
(2) To prepare lesson plan;
(3) To develop and prepare training materials;
(4) To develop and prepare assignments, examination papers and marking schemes;
(5) To mark students’ assignments and examinations; and
(6) To carry out duties related to student and academic administration.
Requirements:
(a) (i) A recognised degree in Chinese Language / Chinese Language and Literature / Language Studies (Chinese) / Chinese Linguistics / Education (Chinese) or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; OR
(ii) A recognised degree in Translation / Communication / Teaching Chinese as a Second Language or as a Foreign Language. A transcript with course details should be provided for consideration. AND
(b) (i) Grade B, Level 2 or above in the Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi (PSC) - Putonghua Proficiency Test administered by the State Commission on Language Work; OR
(ii) A pass in the Language Proficiency Assessment for Teachers (Putonghua) administered by the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessments Authority (HKEAA) or equivalent.
(c) At least 3 years’ working experience in relevant industry or language teaching;
(d) Native Putonghua/Cantonese and Fluent English Speaker is preferred;
(e) Strong presentation and facilitation skills;
(f) Good experience in corporate training or teaching; and
(g) Good communication skills and the ability to motivate students are definite advantages.

Part-time Lecturer (Digital Services)
Subject Areas:
- Computer Vision (CV)
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
Major Duties:
(a) To perform teaching and training duties;
(b) To prepare lesson plan;

(d) To design and organise training activities; and
(e) To prepare training reports and review evaluations.
Requirements:
(a) A recognised degree in Computer Science / Computing / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or equivalent professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification;
(b) At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in well-established corporations or training experience in related subjects;
(c) Solid experience with tools and frameworks, e.g. OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Llama, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain etc.
(d) Strong presentation skills; and
(e) Good communication skills and the ability to motivate students are definite advantages.

Term Programme Executive
Major Duties:
(a) To provide support in one or more of the following areas:
(i) student admissions, student affairs and student records;
(ii) course promotion and event organisation; and
(iii) data processing and filing;
(b) To assist in providing secretarial support for committees/meetings;
(c) To handle enquiries and provide counter services; and
(d) To provide general administrative support to the Institute.
Requirements:
(a) (i) Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
(ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
(iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Ji; OR
(iv) A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR
(v) A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
* Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
^ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.
(b) Proficiency in computer software application, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(c) Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;

Part-time Executive Assistant II
Major Duties:
(a) To provide support in one or more of the following areas:
(i) general administration;
(ii) student affairs and student admissions; and
(iii) data input and filing.
(b) To provide logistics and on-site support for seminars;
(c) To provide assistance in attendance-taking and monitoring for classes;
(d) To invigilate examinations;
(e) To draft simple correspondence;
(f) To handle enquiries and provide counter services.
Requirements:
(a) (i) Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
(ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
