The Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilized its corporate training services.
Term Officer (Ref: PEAK/OFF/11803/22-23)
Major Duties:
(a) To perform administrative duties in respect of the following areas:
(i) Examination related administration;
(ii) Human resources management;
(iii) Financial and supplies matters;
(iv) General administration and facilities management;
(b) To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operational unit;
(c) To handle complaints and resolve conflicts with examination candidates;
(d) To assist in the development and system review of new examination system;
(e) To provide secretarial and administrative support for the work of the relevant working groups and committees; and
(f) To undertake specific projects and task as assigned.
Requirements:
(a) a recognized degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with a higher qualification;
(b) at least 2 years' relevant working experience in education and training sector, preferably with experience in examination administration;
(c) good knowledge in examination related computer system design and development with experience in system testing;
(d) experience and skills in handling complaints by examination candidates;
(e) strong initiative, good leadership, interpersonal and proven administrative skills;
(f) a pro-active approach and ability to work independently; and
(g) good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua is desirable.

1. The post is time-limited in nature, up to March 2024 initially, and the continued need for the post is subject to review.

Term Executive Assistant II (Ref: PEAK/EA2(Exam)/12103/22-23)
Major Duties:
(a) To provide quality support in one or more of the following areas for professional examinations:
(i) Invigilation;
(ii) Counter services;
(iii) Candidate enrolment & records;
(iv) Fee collection;
(v) Preparation of documents;
(vi) Other logistic support;
(b) To handle public enquiries; and
(c) To provide clerical and general administrative support service to the office.
Requirements:
(a)(i) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(ii) A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR
(iii) A recognized Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate, or Project Yi Jin.
* Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2/Passing 5 specific VTC's Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
(b) Preferably with 2-3 years relevant invigilation/customer service fields experience;
(c) Meticulous and with good customer service and problem solving skills;
(d) Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
(e) Proficiency in computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(f) Good interpersonal and organizational skills;
(g) Ability to work independently and be a good team player;
(h) Self-motivated and customer-oriented.

Term Executive Assistant II (Accounting) (Ref: PEAK/EA2/11903/22-23)
Major Duties:
To provide support in the following areas:
(i) fee collection and processing refund;
(ii) preparing demand notes and official receipts;
(iii) assist in preparing monthly financial statements, regular reports and year-end exercise;
(iv) daily administrative work, such as filing and data entry;
(v) drafting simple correspondence;
(vi) handling enquiries; and
(vii) performing any other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
(a)(i) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(ii) A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR

Major Duties:
(a) To provide support in one or more of the following areas:
(i) general administration;
(ii) student affairs and student admissions;
(iii) promotion and publicity; and
(iv) data input and filing.
(b) To assist in providing secretarial support for meetings/committees;
(c) To provide logistics and on-site support for seminars;
(d) To draft simple correspondence;
(e) To handle enquiries and provide counter services.
Term Executive Assistant II (Procurement)
Major Duties:
(a) To provide support in the following areas:
(i) small value/tender/quotation purchases;
(ii) reimbursement and payment arrangements;
(iii) disposal of stores;
(iv) maintenance of stores and supplier performance records;
(v) administrative support for ad-hoc projects;
(b) To draft simple correspondence and prepare regular reports;
(c) To handle enquiries; and
(d) To perform any other assigned administrative tasks.
Requirements:
(a)(i) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
(ii) A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR
