This course aims to introduce the importance of business ethics to organizations, business ethics management framework, corporate governance and corporate social responsibilities (CSR). Besides, laws and compliance in relation to corporate governance and business ethics will also be discussed. Throughout the study, the learners can enhance their professional ethics and reinforce their business foundation for further development.
