人類的溝通模式並不單靠語言和文字的表達,相反,根據專家的研究及分析所得,人與人的日常溝通九成以上都是倚靠非語言〔或稱身體語言〕的。身體語言包括外觀儀表、聲線語調,以至社交禮儀等所有非語言表達的訊息。儘管非語言比語言溝通在傳遞訊息中所佔的比重為多,但卻往往容易被人忽略,原因是人們通常傾向重覆一些慣常的動作和行為,習以為常後便不易察覺到要改善的地方。試想象一些你敬佩的成功人士,他們的儀態打扮、舉手投足,每每都讓人留下深刻而美好的印象。事實上,在現今激烈競爭的工作環境下,要取得更大的競爭優勢,要在同事、上司、客戶心中留下良好的印象,甚或要達致更有效的溝通,你都需要同時具備優秀的非語言講通能力,以提升個人的專業形象。本工作坊會是你的鏡子,讓你看清楚自已的身體語言特徵,從而加以改善,於完成課程後,你的社交魅力將會是「不言而喻」的美好!
