課程目標

本課程旨在讓學員 -瞭解保險代理 (Insurance Agent) 的身份、地位及責任 -瞭解保險經紀 (Insurance Broker) 的身份、地位及責任 - 認識各行各業代理人法的法律地位及責任

內容

本課程主要闡釋代理人應履行的責任及義務。內容除介紹根據香港的保險公司條例，保險代理人 (Insurance Agent) 及保險經紀 (Insurance Broker) 的仲介人地位及其在安排保險時分別扮演的角色之外，並涵蓋其他行業代理人廣泛的法律含義。透過此課程，學員能充分瞭解在推介保險產品時必須注意的事項。
