【Insurance Summit 2024 -- Strengthening Hong Kong as a Life Insurance Regional Hub and Risk Management Centre】, co-organised by the VTC Insurance Training Board and PEAK was successfully held on 7 November 2024. The 8th Summit featuring four remarkable speakers who shared their invaluable knowledge and experiences on how to strengthen Hong Kong as a life insurance regional hub and risk management centre.

The Summit was kicked off by Mr Allan YU, BBS, Chairman of the VTC Insurance Training Board, and then four guests, including: The Honourable Paul CHAN Mo-po, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, Financial Secretary of the HKSAR, Mr MM LEE, Executive Director of General Business, Insurance Authority, Mr Patrick GRAHAM, Member of Governing Committee, HKFI and Deputy Chairman of Life Insurance Council, HKFI and Mr Sheldon YU Xiaodong, CEO, Taiping Reinsurance Co. Ltd. shared insights of Hong Kong's role as a regional hub for life insurance and a center for risk management.
