Objectives
Module 1: Becoming an Expert in Front of Elders
This module aims to help professionals in the insurance and financial industries expand their business opportunities by improving communication with elders. Participants will learn how to understand and respond to traditional values and expectations, master effective communication strategies and conflict resolution methods, balance work and family demands, and focus on self-care and emotional well-being, enhancing cultural sensitivity and appreciation.
