Aim:

To transform traditional financial sales approaches by integrating design thinking, generative AI, and digital innovation for customer-centric solutions.

Course Outline:

1. Shift from product-centric to customer-centric sales strategies.

2. Apply Design Thinking (4D Model) to develop innovative financial products/services.

3. Use GenAI and digital tools to brainstorm and prototype sales ideas.

4. Participate in interactive workshops to practice AI-enhanced sales pitches.

5. Learn how to leverage digital platforms for seamless client onboarding and engagement.
