This course aims at providing negotiation knowledge and skills that applicable in the financial industry in Hong Kong.
By completing the course, learners will be able to understand the fundamentals of negotiation, master effective negotiation techniques and handle difficult negotiation situations with confidence.

* Student must complete all parts of the course and pass relevant assessment(s) in order to obtain the e-Certificate of attainment issued by the Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) and earn specific CPD hours of the course.
*For E-learning CPD activities: Individual licensees can only earn CPD hours by taking the E-learning CPD activity once during the same Assessment Period. If an individual licensee repeats the same E-learning CPD activity in the same Assessment Period, the repeat one will not be counted.
