Programme Information:
This course aims to help participants understand the basic concepts and characteristics of long-term insurance policies, as well as the regulatory requirements and key considerations related to insurance policy replacement. By studying and familiarizing themselves with the key points of the “Guideline on Long Term Insurance Policy Replacement” and the “Guideline on Benefit Illustrations for Long Term Insurance Policies”, participants will be able to ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements when handling clients’ policy replacement matters, thereby safeguarding clients’ legitimate rights and interests.

Part 2: Regulatory Requirements of Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Key Points of “Guideline on Benefit Illustrations for Long Term Insurance Policies”

* Student must complete all parts of the course and pass relevant assessment(s) in order to obtain the e-Certificate of attainment issued by the Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) and earn specific CPD hours of the course.
*For E-learning CPD activities: Individual licensees can only earn CPD hours by taking the E-learning CPD activity once during the same Assessment Period. If an individual licensee repeats the same E-learning CPD activity in the same Assessment Period, the repeat one will not be counted.
