Programme Information

The course covers various compliance requirements and codes of conduct relevant to insurance agents. In order to deepen your understanding of the compliance requirements or guidelines, relevant case studies are included for you to understand how to comply the regulations in daily work, so as to build a professional image.

The course will introduce the "Code of Conduct for Licensed Insurance Agents",“Guideline on Sale of Investment-Linked Assurance Scheme (ILAS) Products”and relevant regulations from Insurance Regulatory Authority. Through different real cases studies, you can have an in-depth understanding of the current regulatory requirements for the sale of insurance. To become a professional and credible insurance agent, while establishing long-term relationships with customers and protecting their fundamental interests.

*For new students to activate the eCPD training account, they have to register on this website and complete the identity verification. They can apply for online courses after the account is confirmed.

*Students will receive a confirmation email within 5 working days after successful enrolment (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays).

*Students should complete the eCPD programme before the course expiry date specified on the confirmation email. (i.e. generally within 3 months)

* Student must complete all parts of the course and pass relevant assessment(s) in order to obtain the e-Certificate of attainment issued by the Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) and earn specific CPD hours of the course.

*For E-learning CPD activities: Individual licensees can only earn CPD hours by taking the E-learning CPD activity once during the same Assessment Period. If an individual licensee repeats the same E-learning CPD activity in the same Assessment Period, the repeat one will not be counted.
