Programme Information
The course aims to introduce different investment concepts that investors are interested in and the market is concerned about, and the application of different investment concepts in enterprises. You can grasp the recent market development trends and understand the development of the investment landscape. This course consists of 3 parts:
Part 1-The Concept, Importance and Driving Force of Green and Sustainable Finance
- Environmental, social, and governance factors included in sustainable finance
- What is transition financing and greenwashing
- Green and sustainable financial products
Part 2- Green and Sustainable Finance Development and Policies in Hong Kong
- Recent developments in green and sustainable finance in Hong Kong.
- Key focus areas and action plans of the "Green and Sustainable Finance Strategy” in Hong Kong.
- Major regions and global developments supporting green and sustainable finance infrastructure.
Part 3 – ESG Related Regulations and Regulatory Requirement for Financial Institutions in Hong Kong
- Regulatory requirements for green and sustainable finance in Hong Kong
- Green and sustainable finance-related regulations and guidelines in Hong Kong
*This course is only for online registration
*For new students to activate the eCPD training account, they have to register on this website and complete the identity verification. They can apply for online courses after the account is confirmed.
*Students will receive a confirmation email within 5 working days after successful enrolment (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays).
*Students should complete the eCPD programme before the course expiry date specified on the confirmation email. (i.e. generally within 3 months)
* Student must complete all parts of the course and pass relevant assessment(s) in order to obtain the e-Certificate of attainment issued by the Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) and earn specific CPD hours of the course.
*For E-learning CPD activities: Individual licensees can only earn CPD hours by taking the E-learning CPD activity once during the same Assessment Period. If an individual licensee repeats the same E-learning CPD activity in the same Assessment Period, the repeat one will not be counted.
