Programme Information
This course aims to provide financial information and co-urbanization of two cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, namely Guangzhou and Foshan, so that financial practitioners can gain insight into the business opportunities in these two cities for business start-up and development.
- Part 1 - Review the Outline Development Plan and scope for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou and Foshan will be discussed in terms of the overall environment, transportation network and financial situations, so as to understand the unique advantages of the two cities and realize the synergies of mutual cooperation.
- Part 2 - Look into details of property market in Guangzhou and Foshan, key areas supporting the development of the Greater Bay Area, trade data, and Guangzhou-Foshan characteristic industries and enterprises, so that learners can understand the challenges and identify development opportunities in the direction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, so as to set career and personal development goals.

*Students will receive a confirmation email within 5 working days after successful enrolment (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays).
*Students should complete the eCPD programme before the course expiry date specified on the confirmation email. (i.e. generally within 3 months)
* Student must complete all parts of the course and pass relevant assessment(s) in order to obtain the e-Certificate of attainment issued by the Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) and earn specific CPD hours of the course.
*For E-learning CPD activities: Individual licensees can only earn CPD hours by taking the E-learning CPD activity once during the same Assessment Period. If an individual licensee repeats the same E-learning CPD activity in the same Assessment Period, the repeat one will not be counted.
