Module Intended Learning Outcomes :

On completion of the module, students are expected to be able to :

differentiate the characteristics of the main grape varieties, their producing regions/districts and their relevant wine styles
apply wine tasting techniques to a variety of wines and to describe the characteristics of different wines
match wines with different types of food

Entry Requirement :

Mature applicants i.e., those aged 23 or above, with at least 2 years relevant experience; OR
Five passes in HKCEE including English Language and Chinese Language, with at least 3 years relevant experience; OR
Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above including Chinese Language and English Language, with at least 2 years relevant experience; OR
Equivalent to the above qualification.
