Term Technician (Ref: PEAK/TECH/5409/23-24)

Major Duties:
(a)    To operate and maintain the PCs, servers and networking equipment, AV systems, etc.;
(b)    To operate and maintain IT systems and services on Windows, Linux and virtualization platforms;
(c)    To assist in hardware/software setups and troubleshooting;
(d)    To provide help-desk service and technical support to staff and students.

Requirements:
(a)    A recognized diploma or higher certificate in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Multimedia or relevant discipline;
(b)    At least 2 years ’relevant work experience;
(c)    Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; and
(d)    Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be a good team player, independent and self-motivated.

Notes:
(1)    The appointee is required to perform duties at different sites and work irregular hours, shifts and on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary...
