Part-time Lecturer
Subject Areas:
(i) Catering Operation Management
(ii) Customer Service Management
(iii) Event Planning and Operations Management
(iv) Food & Beverage Management
(v) Human Resources Management
(vi) Smart Technology and Information System
(vii) Digital Marketing and Promotion for Catering Industry
Major Duties:
(a) To perform teaching duties;
(b) To propose lesson plan;
(c) To develop and prepare training materials, assignments, examination papers and marking schemes;
(d) To mark students’ assignments and examinations; and
(e) To attend review meetings periodically to provide recommendations and suggestions on improvement in all areas of the programmes.
Requirements:
(a) A relevant recognised degree or equivalent, preferably with a post-graduate qualification;
(b) At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and / or industry experience; and
(c) Good presentation skills and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
