The Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services.  More than 200 major companies have utilized its corporate training services.

 

Term Officer

Major Duties: 

(a)    To perform duties in respect of one or more of the following areas:
(i)    Human resources management;
(ii)    Finance and supplies matters;
(iii)    General administration and workflow digitalisation;
(iv)    Marketing, promotion and website maintenance;
(b)    To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff to ensure effective operation and management of the operational unit;
(c)    To assist in the formulation, implementation and review of operational policies, systems and procedures; 
(d)    To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings; 
(e)    To implement the quality policy of the operational unit; and 
(f)    To undertake specific projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
(a)    A recognised degree or equivalent;
(b)    At least 2 years’ relevant experience at the appropriate level of responsibilities, preferably in educational institutions or major organisations;
(c)    Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, administrative and problem solving skills;
(d)    Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and effectively under pressure;
(e)    Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently;
(f)    Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and
(g)    Good IT knowledge and skills would be an advantage.

Term Officer (Business Development)

Major Duties:

(a)    To promote PEAK’s programmes and services to potential clients;
(b)    To assist in identifying and following up new business opportunities;
(c)    To assist in the implementation and management of corporate training and consultancy projects;
(d)    To prepare training solutions in response to client requirements;
(e)    To review and edit training packages / e-learning courseware for the in-service training market;
(f)    To perform administrative duties and support matters relating to quality assurance and accreditation / validation; and
(g)    To coordinate the work of internal / external project team members and supporting staff in service delivery.

Requirements:
(a)    A recognised degree or equivalent qualification;
(b)    At least 2 years’ relevant experience in corporate training, e-learning and consultancy projects;
(c)    Solid experience in account servicing, project management, training/e-learning content development will be an advantage;  
(d)    Good knowledge in business development and liaising with clients, preferably with good business network with corporate clients in training field;
(e)    Self-motivated, energetic, dedicated, presentable and able to work independently; 
(f)    Both result-oriented and multi-tasking with strong problem solving, time management, organisational and communication skills; 
(g)    Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and
(h)    Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules.

Note:

Term Programme Executive

Major Duties: 

(a)    To provide support in one or more of the following areas: 
(i)    student admissions, student affairs and student records;
(ii)    course promotion and event organisation; and
(iii)    data processing and filing;
(b)    To assist in providing secretarial support for committees/meetings;
(c)    To handle enquiries and provide counter services; and
(d)    To provide general administrative support to the Institute.

Requirements:
(a)    (i)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
        (ii)    A combination of results in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination at Level 2 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” or above in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; and the 5 subjects should include English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics; OR
        (iii)    A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate, or Project Yi Jin;
*    Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2/Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.

Major Duties: 

(a)    To provide secretarial and administrative support services to management;
(b)    To organise meeting logistics and work schedules;
(c)    To receive guests and visitors and to manage correspondence (phone calls, email, etc.);
(d)    To process, relay, store and protect classified or sensitive information and documents;
(e)    To provide document management and filing services etc.; and
(f)    To draft business correspondence and memos.

Requirements:
(a)    (i)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR

Term / Temporary Officer

Major Duties:
(a)    To provide administrative support to the initiatives under the Government-funded project;
(b)    To maintain close communication with stakeholders both internal parties and external partners to ensure smooth implementation and execution of the initiatives under the Government-funded project;
(c)    To develop and execute marketing and promotion campaign across various channels, including events, digital platforms and social media for the initiatives under the Government-funded project; and
(d)    To prepare and develop promotional contents for the marketing materials and manage the social media account.

Requirements:
(a)    A recognised degree or equivalent;
(b)    At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in administration and project management;
(c)    High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be advantageous;
(d)    Detail-minded, organised, able to work independently and under pressure; and
(e)    Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements:
(a)    (i)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) at Grade E/Level 2 or above including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent; OR
