從事保險行業的專業人士，除了大堆條文法例、賠償個案外，還有很多客戶資料需要記憶。擁有良好的記憶能力，不但可以使工作更有效率，在面對客戶的時候更有助提升專業形象。本課程的導師具多年培訓經驗，可以從心態、知識及記憶方法與技巧各方面，提高學員的認知；又特別設計了與行業相關的記憶技巧，向保險從業員介紹，使課程更具針對性。
