Module Intended Learning Outcomes :

On completion of the module, students are expected to be able to :

identify common types of leadership styles adopted in catering organisations and their characteristics
relate the connection of leadership styles and the formation of a corporate culture for a catering organization
outline the effects of corporate culture to the value systems of different catering organisations and their employees' behaviours

Entry Requirement :

Mature applicants i.e., those aged 23 or above, with at least 2 years relevant experience; OR
Five passes in HKCEE including English Language and Chinese Language, with at least 3 years relevant experience; OR
Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above including Chinese Language and English Language, with at least 2 years relevant experience; OR
Equivalent to the above qualification.
