Part-time Lecturer (Personal Development)


Major Duties:
1.    To perform training duties;
2.    To propose lesson plans;
3.    To develop and prepare training materials; and
4.    To attend review meetings periodically to provide recommendations and suggestions on improvement in all areas of the courses.

Requirements:
(a)    A recognised degree or above (preferably with major in Business Management, Banking & Finance, Hotel & Catering, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources Management);
(b)    Professional certifications in Banking, Finance, or Insurance (e.g., CFP, CFA) and/or a corresponding professional certification in Fine Beverages; 
(c)    At least 3 years of experience in teaching customer service, business etiquette, beverage knowledge, or other management skills; and 
(d)    Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills in both English & Chinese.
